Stopped by here on the way to LGA. Was in the mood for a deli sandwich and this was right off the highway and easy to get to. And gosh was it a great choice. We had the Leonardo sub so share and it hit the spot. Quick and kind service with really helpful staff. There is street parking and parking in the back as well. Only outdoor seating is offered in the porch.
Terrific sandwiches! That said don't leave without an order of chicken tenders. The guys that work there make you feel like you're part of the family .

really enjoyed my sandwich from gaetano's. the sandwich portions were huge especially for the price. I got the Frankie Soprano with grilled chicken, pesto, mozzerella, and sun dried tomatoes.
I've come here multiple times for the godfather sandwich and I will never stop. It's such a great sandwich of fresh and well suited toppings. The staff are all very nice and knowledgeable. You can't go wrong with anything on their menu.
Our group was craving for sandwiches and glad we found this place. A short detour off the highway lands you at this gem. There are no seats to dine-in, so everything is take out. Upon entering, you are instantly greeted and offered fresh cuts while you wait. Everyone is extremely friendly and eager to assist you with making the perfect choice. The sandwiches were all made to order with every meat and cheese sliced prepared in fresh baked breads. A bookmarked favorite for myself and a definite visit the next time we drive through. Enjoy!

I decided to go to Gaetano's Deli because I didn't bring any lunch with me to work, so why not go try a deli sandwich that started on Arthur Avenue in the Bronx, and it's only twelve minutes away. The store is small but packed with fresh breads, deli meats, cheeses, salads, panini's, stuffed breads, and you can't forget the delicious sandwiches. I ordered the Kovac's Special which had Chicken Cutlet, Prosciutto, fresh Mozzarella, Roasted Peppers, and Broccoli Rabe. The sandwich was so delicious and it tasted so fresh. The bread was just amazing. It had great texture, flavor, and just the right crispness. Usually when I order Broccoli Rabe from some places it is bitter but it was not that at all. It actually made the sandwich even better. I definitely want to try there Orange Chicken and Buffalo Chicken because it looks really delicious. They also have a Bada Bing Bada Buffalo Sandwich that I would love to try. I highly recommend visiting one of there stores because I'm telling you, you won't be disappointed.
